Karen Bullen is the Senior Loan Officer/Processor for Village Mortgage. She has been in the real estate and mortgage business for over 15 years and offers clients the knowledge, skills and compassion that they deserve. Karen began her mortgage and real estate experience as the Office Manager for Real Estate and Shapiro Mortgage. After contributing to that company for four years, Karen then began her Village Mortgage career in 1998 as the office manager for both Real Estate Today and Village Mortgage. Once realizing her talent and ability for loan processing in the mortgage world, Karen was promoted to the assistant loan processor and remained in that position for two years. Once proving her skills Karen was promoted again to Senior Loan Officer/Processor and has remained in that position since 2002.   Karen treats each loan application as if it were her own. She cares about the client and wants to see each person succeed in life because of the work that she can do for them. The service and consideration provided by Karen is unmatched by anyone else in the mortgage business.  

Karen has been married for over 34 years. She has three children and seven wonderful grandchildren. Her hobby other than being a grandma is tending to her ever-growing garden.
